CANCELLATION POLICY

360 Aesthetics

To ensure fairness to all clients and to maintain our appointment schedule, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Deposit:

• A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your appointment.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

• 24-hour notice: To avoid forfeiting your deposit, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
• Late cancellations and no-shows: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to attend without prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
• Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will ¹ do our best to accommodate your request, ² but please note that availability may be limited.

Exceptions:

• In the event of a medical emergency, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to reschedule your appointment.
